Vera Nevius, daughter of John Searl Nevius and Fannie Walker, was born July 1, 1889 near Coin, Page Co., Iowa and died Aug. 7, 1958 in Clarinda, Page Co., Iowa. She married Pink Joseph Gold Sept. 16, 1908 in Taylor Co., Iowa. He was born Sept. 18, 1884 in Anderson, Madison Co., Indiana, son of George Washington Gold and Winnie Jane Shimer, and died Aug. 17, 1953 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa.
