Amanda Aretta Barnes, daughter of Isam Barnes and Deborah Lindamood, was born Jan. 31, 1864 near Homestead, Iowa Co., Iowa and died May 29, 1951 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married Elmer Leroy Robbins Dec. 24, 1881 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. He was born April 28,1860 in Grant Co.,Wisconsin, son of Norman Robbins and Harriet Barrett, and died Jan. 10, 1933 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
