Seth Carson Savage, son of David Savage and Harriet Kight, was born June 20,1834 in Jackson Co., Ohio and died April 27,1920 near Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Mary Ann Caughey Sept. 6, 1860 at Mount Pleasant, Henry Co., Iowa. She was born Feb 4, 1842 in Virginia, daughter of Eli Caughey and Nancy Agnes Mick, and died Nov. 2, 1917 near Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa.
