Mary Ann Hamblin, daughter of Chester Floyd Hamblin and Cora Ada Clouser, was born Jan. 24, 1923 in Sharpsburg, Taylor Co., Iowa and died Mar. 16, 1997 in Red Oak, Montgomery Co., Iowa. She married Lawrence Lewis Hogue Mar. 3, 1946 at Topeka, Shawnee Co., Kansas. He was born Nov. 17, 1918 near Tarkio, Atchison Co., Missouri, son of Archelous Hogue and Bessie Ann Adams, and died June 25, 1970 in Omaha, Douglas Co., Nebraska. His obituary gives his birth date as Nov. 17, 1917.
