John Cabot Kysar was born Sept. 18, 1834 in Howard Co., Indiana and died Oct. 27, 1902 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Delilah Ann Moore Feb. 25, 1864 in Taylor Co., Iowa. He enlisted Nov. 12, 1862 in Co. F, 29th Iowa Infantry and was mustered out May 15, 1863 at Helena, Arkansas.
