Henry Douglas, son of John Douglas and Anna E. Smith, was born Feb. 17, 1824 in New Brunswick, Canada and died April 4, 1903 near Ladoga, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married 1) Mary Jones; 2) Mary A. Mack Nov. 18, 1884 in Adams Co., Iowa and 3) Margaret E. Umphrey.
