Susan Viola Knott, daughter of William Isaac Knott and Mary Ellen Boyden, was born Jan. 3, 1887 near Sharpsburg, Taylor Co., Iowa and died June 29, 1952 in Creston, Union Co., Iowa. She married Walter Norton Scott Oct. 17, 1906 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
