Walter Sherman Eckler, son of William Adelbert Eckler and Charlotte Wilcox, was born Oct. 24, 1872 in Jones Co., Iowa and died Feb. 21, 1946 in Lenox, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Mary Aram Dec. 15, 1896 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
