Sarah Octavine Fleming, daughter of Peter Fleming and Temperance Pettyjohn, was born Sept. 2, 1842 in Preble Co., Ohio and died Mar. 22, 1915 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married Silas Dooley Harris Oct. 1, 1857 in Preble Co., Ohio. He was born Sept. 26, 1833 in Preble Co., Ohio, son of James Harris, Jr. and Elizabeth Thomas, and died July 6, 1900 in Taylor Co., Iowa.
