Elmer Cleo Ambrose, son of Jacob Henry Ambrose and Nancy Almeda Fleming Seibert, was born April 4, 1892 near Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa and died Oct. 15, 1947 at Lake of the Ozarks, Morgan Co., Missouri. He married Carma June Merrick May 9, 1918 in St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., Missouri.
