Mary Frances Shellabarger, daughter of Thomas Malcolm Shellabarger and Susanna Witmer, was born May 7, 1850 near Muscatine, Muscatine Co., Iowa and died Mar. 31, 1917 near Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married Charles Webster Baxter Jan. 22, 1874 in Muscatine Co., Iowa.
