Goldie Oziah, daughter of Elmer Oziah and Jennie Spike, was born April 20, 1909 in Shenandoah, Page Co., Iowa and died Feb. 1, 1965 in Corning, Adams Co., Iowa. She married Merle Darius Akers Sept. 3, 1930 at New Market, Taylor Co., Iowa. He was born Nov. 1, 1909 near Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa, son of Neal Akers and Elsie Elvira Piper, and died Sept. 24, 1969 in Carbon, Adams Co., Iowa.
