Elbridge Glover Vincent was born Dec. 31, 1847 near Fall Branch, Greene Co., Tennessee, and died Oct. 27, 1927 in Sharpsburg, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Clara Steele Feb. 24, 1881 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. She was born in Sept. 1853 in Ohio, daughter of Leonard Steele and Susan Pulse, and died in 1939 in Taylor Co., Iowa.
