Gordon Richard Rainforth, son of Francis Roy Rainforth and Harriet Jane Fleming, was born Mar. 18, 1929 in St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., Missouri and died Oct. 21, 2008 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. His mother died when he was 3 days old and he was adopted by Frank Dean Fleming and Bertha Fern Herring.
