Martha Ann Brock, daughter of Thomas Huddleston Brock and Elizabeth Scott, was born Sept. 28, 1836 in Jackson Co., Alabama and died Feb. 10, 1914 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married William Shields Barkley April 3, 1862 at Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa.
