Frank C. Whiteman, son of Frank Whiteman and Cynthia Miller, was born in Oct. 1849 in New York State and died Oct. 30, 1929 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Rachel Hamilton Aug. 23, 1876 in Lake Co., Indiana.
