Charles Franklin Clatterbaugh,son of Charles Clatterbaugh and Elizabeth Shimer, was born Sept. 14, 1882 in Chesterfield, Madison Co., Indiana and died May 25, 1968 in Shenandoah, Page Co., Iowa. He married Clara Odella Wilson Nov. 5, 1908 at Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa.
