Thomas Alexander Young, son of Matthew Young and Anna Lowry, was born Aug. 31, 1870 near Upper Sandusky, Wyandot Co., Ohio and died Oct. 10, 1943 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Miranda Jane Ray Mar. 4, 1896 in Page Co., Iowa. She was born Jan. 14, 1871 in Indiana Co., Pennsylvania, daughter of Mark Ray and Miranda Wolfe, and died Feb. 3, 1953 in Indianola, Warren Co., Iowa.
