Laura Eloise Welch, daughter of Otto Welch and Ople Vice, was born May 21, 1916 in Mounds, Creek Co., Oklahoma and died Mar. 10, 1985 in Hemet, Riverside Co., California. She married Richard William Buckner May 16, 1936 at Creston, Union Co., Iowa. He was born Oct. 3, 1912 in Wellman, Washington Co., Iowa, son of Ozro Martell Buckner and Laurine Walker, and died Mar. 24, 1987 in Hemet, Riverside Co., California.
