Doris Erlene Longfellow, daughter of Harry Nelson Longfellow and Erma Irene Scott, was born June 2, 1931 and died July 4, 2009 in Davenport, Scott Co., Iowa. She married Dean Lemar Gillette Jan. 1, 1950 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa. He was born Aug. 8, 1923 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa, son of George Mars Gillette and Ada Loretta Cree, and died Feb. 20, 2000 in Danville, Des Moines Co., Iowa.
