Gilbert Hopkins Clement, son of Horace Clement and Malvina Westbrook, was born Sept. 16,1857 in Ohio and died Aug. 12, 1909 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Mary Frances Hollis Mar. 4, 1880 in Taylor Co., Iowa. She was born Mar. 1858 in Illinois, daughter of Henry Hollis and Susan Ganson, and died May 13,1950 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa.
