John Boague Lock, son of William Lock and Mary Boag, was born June 5, 1844 in County Durham, England and died Oct. 16, 1917 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married 1) Margaret Patterson Aug. 28, 1866 in Keokuk Co., Iowa and 2) Licetta Blanche Blakeley Feb. 28, 1875 in Jefferson Co., Iowa. Licetta Blanche Blakeley was born Dec. 10, 1846 in Jefferson Co., Iowa, daughter of Charles Blakeley and Licetta Lemmons and died May 2, 1921 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa.
