William Henry Harrison Nott, son of Arbuth Allen Nott and Mercy Strickland, was born Jan. 10, 1843 and died Jan. 8, 1927 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa.He married 1) Mary Jane Barber Nov. 17, 1861 in Henry Co., Iowa and 2) Sarah Jane Hinkle Mar. 8, 1883 in Henry Co., Iowa. She was born July 9, 1860 near Galesburg, Knox Co., Illinois,daughter of Joseph Albert Hinkle and Susan Deborah Osborn, and died Feb. 21, 1934 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa.
