Adaline Newton, daughter of John Isaac Newton and Elizabeth Gertrude Batley, was born Jan. 28, 1865 in Ringgold Co., Iowa and died July 29, 1894 in Gay Twp., Taylor Co., Iowa. She married Joseph Melville Ostrander Jan. 8, 1890 in Taylor Co., Iowa.
