Elizabeth Lewis was born Sept. 25, 1809 in Indiana and died July 3, 1888 in Clinton Twp., Ringgold Co., Iowa. She married William Wallace Evans Nov. 29, 1832 in Franklin Co., Indiana. Source of birth date: Grave Stone Records of Taylor County, Iowa.
