Louisa Isabelle Webster, daughter of Charles Artemas Webster and Olive Campbell, was born Jan. 20, 1849 in Rock Island Co., Illinois and died April 8, 1928 in Blockton, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married Morris R. Chandler Dec. 31, 1867 in Henderson Co., Illinois.
