Cora Bell Meddles, daughter of Andrew Meddles and Jennie McCormick, was born Sept. 27, 1881 in Phillipsburg, Phillips Co., Kansas and died Mar. 29, 1955 in St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., Missouri. She married Colonel Alfred Greer Feb. 12, 1902 in Taylor Co., Iowa. He was born May 1, 1880 in Red Oak, Montgomery Co., Iowa, son of Thomas Greer and Lucinda May Mohler, and died Oct. 26, 1972 in Topeka, Shawnee Co., Kansas.
