Francis Edgar Dawson, son of John Victor Dawson and Melinda Elizabeth Wise, was born Dec. 19, 1862 in Clinton Co., Iowa and died Aug. 21, 1937 near Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Isabelle Jobbins Mar. 8, 1891 in Taylor Co., Iowa. She was born June 19, 1867 in Columbia Co., Wisconsin, daughter of Albert Jobbins and Wealthy Jane Jennings, and died Jan. 17, 1922 near Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
