Rosanna Spencer, daughter of Benjamin Spencer and Jennie Cardel, was born Aug. 18, 1845 in Stockton, Cedar Co., Missouri and died Nov. 21, 1933 in Salem, Marion Co., Oregon. She married 1) Abner Washington Majers April 28, 1867 in Page Co., Iowa and 2) Elias Gilbert Moore Dec.24, 1913 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa
