Abner Washington Majers was born Feb. 6, 1837 near Beardstown, Cass Co., Illinois and died Oct 26, 1905 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married 1) Minerva Ferguson Feb. 4, 1858 in Taylor Co., Iowa and 2) Rosanna Spencer April 28, 1867 in Page Co., Iowa.
