Eunice Marie Newman, 88, was born March 12, 1926 to Roy and Estella Tate in Des Moines. She passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2014, at Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines.

Eunice married Burton Newman on September 25, 1946 and resided near Mitchellville until he preceded her in death.
