Joseph Brice Dawson, son of Charles Ray Dawson and Mamie Eliza Lantz, was born Dec. 5, 1916 southwest of Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa and died Jan. 30, 1990 in Omaha, Douglas Co., Nebraska. He married 1) Naomi Ferry Sept. 4, 1937 in Nodaway Co., Missouri and 2) Melba New June 4, 1948.
