William Harrison Norris, son of Jeremiah and Ruth Norris , was born Feb. 10, 1840 in Tuscarawas Co., Ohio and died Mar. 23, 1927 near Redding, Ringgold Co., Iowa. He married Caroline Burrell Sept. 3, 1865. She was born Mar. 31, 1847 in Tuscarawas Co., Ohio, daughter of Benjamin Burrell and Catharine J. Gibbons, and died April 1, 1938.
