Zoa Rita McCormick, daughter of Edgar Dean McCormick and Alma May Orton, was born Dec. 28,1904 in Jackson Twp., southeast of Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa and died July 15, 1980 in Council Bluffs, Pottawattomie Co., Iowa. She married Laurel L. Stithem June 11, 1924 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. He was born April 3, 1904 in Ross Twp., south of Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa, son of Earnest Milton Stithem and Rhoda Ellen Brewer, and died Sept. 23, 1968 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
