Mrs. Patrick Hogan Died
Lottie Hogan, 66, widow of Patrick Hogan, 275 Twenty-first street, Marion, died Sunday at 11:47 p.m. in a Cedar Rapids hospital following a long illness.
Born at Marion, January 22, 1887, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Sommers, she was a life ling resident of Marion. She was married to Matthew Kearns June 14, 1906 at Marion. He died October 28, 1919. She was married again to Patrick Hogan January 8, 1921, Marion. He died November 7, 1939.
Mrs. Hogan was a member of the Baptist church.
Surviving are four sons; Robert Kearns, of Lemon Grove, California; William Hogan of Marion, T/Sgt. Jack Hogan, with the marines in Japan, and Patrick Hogan, of Cedar Rapids; three daughters, Mrs. Fred Nesetril and Mrs. Ivan Bowen of Marion, and Mrs. Joseph Bennett of Hiawatha; 17 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Alice De La Mater, Cedar Rapids, and Mrs. Nellie Harford, Marion.
Services will be conducted at the Murdoch chapel at a time to be announced later. Friends may call at the chapel after 1 p.m.

Hogan Funeral-Services for Mrs. Lottie Hogan, 275 Twenty-first street, Marion, who died in a Cedar Rapids hospital Sunday evening, will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Murdoch chapel by the Rev. Charles Moore. Burial will be in Oak Shade cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel.
