Georgia Annis Straight, daughter of Alva Elwood Straight and Kathryn Matilda Cossins, was born July 9, 1902 near Sheridan, Worth Co., Missouri and died Dec. 16, 1979 in Corning, Adams Co., Iowa. She married 1) Roy Jacob Bower June 30, 1924 at Sheridan, Worth Co., Missouri and 2) Columbus C. Glasmann Feb. 10, 1940. He was born Feb. 9, 1903 at Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa, son of Frank Glasmann and Jessie Belle Gillette, and died Aug. 21, 1982 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
