John Brown Lake, son of Enos Lake and Anna Gould, was born Mar. 25, 1817 at Topsfield, Essex Co., Massachusetts and died Feb. 9, 1878 in Boxford, Essex Co., Massachusetts. He married 1) Rebecca Gould Feb. 1, 1840 at Topsfield, Essex Co., Massachusetts; 2) Ann Gould April 14, 1845 at Topsfield, Essex Co., Massachusetts and 3) Amelia H. Norwood Nov. 21, 1849 at Topsfield, Essex Co., Massachusetts. Howard Wesley, son of John Brown Lake and Amelia Norwood, was born Jan. 20, 1856 in Topsfield, Essex Co., Massachusetts and died Oct. 11, 1859 in Topsfield, Essex Co., Massachusetts.
