Blaine was the son of William Harrison and Alice (Sroufe) Wever. He married Lorna Marie Rogers on 3 Dec 1928. They were the parents of Vergil, James, Darlene, Alyce, Edward, William, Wilma, Elaine, & Melva. He was a Blacksmith in Ralston Iowa.
