She married Columbus Grant John Oct. 4, 1885 in Taylor Co., Iowa. He was born April 27, 1865 at Shelbyville, Shelby Co., Indiana, son of Christopher Columbus John and Nancy Catharine Ensminger, and died Jan. 8, 1940 at Cedar Falls, Black Hawk Co., Iowa.
