1st: Nellie Susan Carter Smith (1976-1913), married Dec. 31, 1893. Nellie is buried in Mount Zion, Van Buren county, Iowa.

2nd: Mary Jane Lathrop Smith (1885-1924), married July 3, 1915. Buried in Evergreen cemetery, Fairfield, Iowa.

3rd: Minnie Bell Baker Smithburg/Smith (1887-1950), married June 25, 1925. Buried together in Evergreen cemetery, Fairfield, Iowa.
