Some, but not all, of the grass/soil was pulled back to reveal a partial inscription. Not all was peeled back to prevent possible erosion damage to the rest of the headstone. ~~~~~~~~~ Joseph Stanley Died Dec. 13, 1860 Aged 74 years Note: First husband of Naomi Hall Stanley.
