Obituary (Logan News, December 17, 1903)
Jane Bond was born in Virgina, Feb.11, 1804 and died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. M. Norton, in Mo. Valley, Dec. 14, 1903, being 99 years, 10 months and 3 days old at the time of her death.
When but a child, she moved with her parents to Kentucky, and in 1829 was married to Benjamin Wilson. To this union was born 5 children, 3 of whom survive her, as follows: Lowery and Moses Wilson of Logan and Sarah J. Norton of Mo. Valley.
The deceased came to Iowa 27 years ago and until about 3 years ago she resided at Logan and since then she has lived in the Valley with her daughter, and for the past year or more she has been in very poor health.
She was a devoted Christian, having united with the Christian Church when but 16 years old, and lived a Christian life.
The funeral was held on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. and the body laid to rest in the Frazier Cemetery.
Funeral from the late home of the deceased. Her ancestry consisted of 5 children, 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Obituary (Harrison County News, Dec 18, 1903):
Died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. M. Norton, Monday evening, Dec. 14, Mrs. Jane Wilson, aged 99 years, 11 months and 3 days.
Jane Bond was born in Virginia, Feb. 11, 1804, was married to Benjamin Wilson in her youth, moving to Iowa 32 years ago. Five children were born to them, three of whom are living, Mrs. M. Norton of Mo. Valley, Lowery Wilson of Logan, Moses Wilson of Logan. The husband died 27 years ago. Had Mrs. Wilson lived until Feb. 11, she would have lived 100 years. She was a woman of great force of character, retaining her faculties to a great extent to the last, respected by all who knew her throughout her long and useful life. The funeral services will be conducted at the home on N. 9th, Wed. at 1 o'clock , Rev. Higby of the Christian Church officiating. Interment in Branson's cemetery. Friends of the family invited without further notice.
