Note:
Evidently Gustava was first married to a "John Burke", as some of her children have the Burke surname. She married John P Shanstrom and had children with him, and they have the Shanstrom surname. The obituaries for several of these children refer to each other as "half" where needed.

The whereabouts of John Burke isn't known to this contributor at this time. Any clarification would be appreciated.

From EMIBAS database: Gustava Matilda Andersdotter (6 Aug 1841) her husband, Erik Johan Samuelsson (19 July 1833) son Anders Johan (6 Dec 1866) and dotter Christina Mathilda (2 Nov 1868)left Västra Eneby (E) on 30 March 1869 for USA. Erik Johan was born in Kisa parish per emigration record. He is not shown on June 1870 Lockridge census. Dead??
