She married William Cousland on 27 Apr 1829 in Peoria County, Illinois. They had 3 children: Jane, Sumner, and Phebe. William Cousland was born 30 Mar 1805, probably in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He died 14 May 1846 and is buried at Oquawka, Henderson County, Illinois. Mary remarried to Levi B. Wilkinson on 4 Sept 1850 in Henderson County, Illinois. They had one child, William C. Wilkinson, born 9 May 1852. Mary died 26 Mar 1861 near Oakland, Pottawattamie County, Iowa. Levi Wilkinson died 3 Mar 1863 while serving in the Union Army. He is buried at Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee.
