Sarah Ann Tonner born Wheeling, Ohio Co., VA (now WV), married Henry Christy in Wheeling on 3 Oct 1836. Resided Warren Twp., Jefferson Co., OH from time of marriage until migrating to IA with her family in 1843. Daughter of Dr. Thomas Tonner and his wife, Nancy(?). Sister Jemima Tonner married George W. McCleary 5 April 1840 Jefferson Co., OH, and immediately relocated to Louisa county.
