The funeral of Mrs. George B. McLane, who died at St. Francis hospital late Thursday night will be held from the home of her parents on Summer and Maple Streets, at 2:30 o'clock Monday afternoon, with interment in Aspen Grove. Friends are invited to these services.
Ruby Marie Landhauser was born in Burlington, Nov 28 1892, and was married here to George B. McLane. They have been making their home in Oskaloosa. She will be held in kindly remembrance by a wide circle of friends. She is survived by the husband and an infant son, the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Theo Landhauser, and three sisters, Mrs. L.H. Beierle, Mrs. Walter Schweickhardt, and Mrs. Ed. S Smith all of this city.
Deceased was a faithful member of the German Zion Evangelical church here.
Deceased had been confirmed in the Zion Church and had ever been active in t he societies and the work of the church with the exception of the year or so that she spent in Oskaloosa. She was married in 1916, and had again returned to Burlington to make her home. Her death will be felt as a genuine and deep personal loss by all who knew her.
