Samuel William Campbell Freeman was born Dec. 19, 1824 in Pennsylvania and died Mar. 30, 1908 in Clarinda, Page Co., Iowa. He married Mary Catherine Flowers Nov. 6, 1850 at Franklin, Warren Co., Ohio. She was born Sept. 2, 1829 near Zanesville, Muskingum Co., Ohio, daughter of William A. Flowers, Sr. and Martha Ann Leasure, and died June 17, 1907 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa.
