Will Jay Egleston, son of Benjamin H. Egleston and Ida M., was born Mar. 31, 1878 at Joliet, Will Co., Illinois and died Jan. 30, 1955 in Lenox, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Vera Glorene Houk Blakslee Sept. 21, 1932 in Nodaway Co., Missouri. She was born April 20, 1891 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa, daughter of Fred Arthur Houk and Clara Mae Swander, and died Feb. 24, 1971 in Tulsa, Tulsa Co., Oklahoma. She married Louis G. Blakslee June 19, 1919 in Page Co., Iowa. He died in 1925.
