Dorris Pennebaker Ranck, son of Phillip Ranck and Susan C. Pennebaker, was born May 4, 1891 in Walnut, Juniata Co., Pennsylvania and died Dec. 23, 1955 in Lenox, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Edna Mae Heaton Dec. 15, 1920 at Conway, Taylor Co., Iowa.
