Charles Orville Hanks, son of Charles Firman Hanks and Dorothy Ann Johnston, was born Feb. 8, 1907 in Iowa and died Nov. 1973 in Skidmore, Nodaway Co., Missouri. He married 1) Dorothy Gladys Moss Alexander April 1, 1938 at Harrisonville, Cass Co., Missouri and 2) Iva Mae Williams June 2, 1960 in Nodaway Co., Missouri.
